Business Applications Manager - SFDC, for Imperva, Inc. (Redwood Shores, CA).

The Applications team is a group of developers and analysts focused on delivering high quality applications to Imperva's internal teams. We work closely with operations teams across Imperva to solve business problems in a collaborative and results-focused environment.

The Business manager Analyst is project-oriented role focused on partnering with business teams to improve processes and deploy software solutions. Specific duties will include the following:

* Understanding the SFDC needs of multiple teams across Imperva in relation to systems and business processes.
* Identifying and documenting current and future-state business processes.
* Facilitating requirements gathering analysis amongst stakeholder
* Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
* Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
* Guiding business stakeholders towards solutions that are scalable and anticipate future needs.
* Defining elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
* Facilitating the review and testing of solutions with stakeholders (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.
* Coordinating planning, communication, and training for roll outs
* You will drive system enhancement efforts to completion by capturing and assessing user requirements with business partners and provide configuration, development and application support to the teams enabling enhanced productivity, reporting capabilities and collaboration
* Support efforts to grow the platform through new applications and technology as needed
* You are able to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written and visual presentations

Position Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline or equivalent work experience. 5 years of experience in a business analyst or operations role and at least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce.

* Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams in an analyst or operations role.
* 6+ Experience in Salesforce as functional business analyst
* Deep knowledge of various Sales processes across SalesCloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ and Service Management with experience in Salesforce platform
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills-Highly self-motivated and self-directed pride ownership of the work
* Experience with medium to large-scale software projects
* Experience defining requirements for developers/administrators and lead the team of BSA and Admins
* Experience coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
* End-to-End Lead to Cash business process knowledge a plus
* Outstanding verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Demonstrable ability to effectively exert influence across teams without direct authority and especially towards senior management
