Responsibilities

The successful candidate should be Salesforce.com certified admin and will be accountable for several key areas:

* Salesforce administration and reporting. Daily administration and support of Salesforce database including, but not limited to development of customized reports and dashboards, managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, database de-duping and cleanup. Should have hands on experience implementing Sales Force functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.
* Personnel training and Change Management. Create and/or support group and individual training plans for sales and sales support teams that engage and encourage increased adoption.

Engage users with communication/chatter, future Salesforce releases and enhancements.

* Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards.
* Ongoing optimization and development of the system. Work with commercial teams and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers. (S)he will influence business teams on maximizing the applications being developed, leveraging the best solutions. Perform gap analysis of current Salesforce environment and recommend suggestions for improvement that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences. Obtain and maintain a working knowledge across all applications, customers and business units across multiple functional areas.
* Regularly review business processes, identify improvement needs and formulate project plans with different stakeholders

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent

Salesforce administrator certification required

Minimum 3+ years Salesforce experience

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft office.

Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools. Experience creating and managing SFDC pages, fields, business rules (validations and workflow) and more in support of business requirements. Familiarity with Change and release management process.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, activities and projects. Project management skills a plus

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects. Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management experience desired

Working knowledge of Oracle ERP desired

Creating and modifying WAVE Analytics desired

Global SalesForce.com experience desired
