Business Analyst - Digital Factory

We're looking for someone who:

* Will work seamlessly across the software development lifecycle, representing the business stakeholders' product/platform vision
* Has experience in business and functional requirements gathering within an agile development model
* Will lead the requirements effort (via detailed user stories) within a scrum team and partner with technology developers, visual designers and quality assurance testers
* Has the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple work groups in the capacity of a project manager
* Is passionate about the digital wealth management landscape and understands the competition

Key responsibilities include:

FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS AND REQUIREMENTS GATHERING

Analyze current and target platform features and functionality

Research functional and technical systems and processes and identify key gaps for resolution

Create, develop and maintain user story backlog to support scrum team:

* Decompose features and functionality into well-formed user stories to enable cross-functional communication
* Ensure user stories contain all necessary information and data
* Ensure that backlog is current, well-groomed and prioritized based on PO inputs
* Obtain product owner approval on user stories and maintain current status of stories

SCRUM TEAM ENGAGEMENT

Work with Systems Analyst to describe and clarify functional and technical tasks required to enable features and functionality throughout each agile sprint

Present functional overview in order for development team to assess cross-functional effort required to enable functionality

Assist in the creation of test cases and test execution on behalf product owners and the quality assurance testing team

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Continually work with the product owner as well as other business analysts across the digital factory to communicate and manage the development of prioritized requirements

Act on behalf of the product owner to facilitate to quickly facilitate decision-making, issue resolution and consensus both within and across scrum teams as necessary

Manage relationships with internal partners (i.e., banking platform owners, etc.) to ensure constant alignment on project objectives, critical tasks, milestones and dependencies.
