the role

The Budget Project Manager will manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients.

what this role calls for

* Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management.
* Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality.
* Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters.
* Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike.
* Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed.

what you bring

* The ideal candidate will possess client management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills.


* Bachelor's degree in business, preferably accounting or finance.
* 3-5 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus.
* Prior client management experience required.
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders.
* Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications.
