Job Description:

Technical Lead Point of Contract for the End User Support discipline. Manage the team supporting interactions with the user community such as data distribution, validating user authorization, and establishing user accounts; assisting users in accessing data or answering questions, providing status on availability of specific data products; communicating user concerns to system developers, operators, and managers; assisting users with on-line operations procedures.

Required Skills:

* BS Computer Science or related field
* 9 Years of Experience
* Must be a US citizen
* Must be able to pass a national agency check
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
* Experience in managing IT and supporting personnel in customer service and end user support
* Expertise in System Administration of multiple platforms and devices (Android, Windows, Apple)
* Experience in interaction with user community and customer service
* Experience working with IT system groups and remedy systems

Other Desired Skills:

* Knowledge of JPL Systems, Tools, Data modeling, and Architectures
* Programming and Database skills
* Demonstrated strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
