We are currently looking for a BPM Manager to lead a small development team focused on business process management (BPM) using a BPM application to develop workflows, automate processes, and integrate with other systems across the ICF enterprise. A successful candidate will provide technical expertise in analyzing and dissecting client business processes and requirements to evaluate automation potential using a BPM application. This is a position within the Corporate IT team and requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

What you will be doing….

* Work with internal business stakeholders to define business processes and document functional requirements to design, develop, deliver, and implement effective Integrify workflow processes and automated business process-based solutions
* Lead solution recommendations, planning, level of effort estimations, and work break down activities on projects
* Lead analysis of business requirements to model business processes, design prototypes, demo development efforts and lead solution delivery
* Challenge current business processes to help ensure most efficient solutions are implemented.
* Develop procedures and documentation of process workflows
* Lead application design reviews, code reviews, unit testing and bug tracking/remediation.
* Function as an Integrify administrator for user, process, and form management.
* Implement application security and define user groups
* Partner with stakeholders on developing roll-out plans
* Lead adoption, governance, and standards establishment efforts
* Work closely with vendor/service provider on initial projects to ensure standards are met, design documentation is provided, and proper knowledge transfer is accomplished
* Provide support and maintenance of Integrify applications including upgrade testing and troubleshooting production issues
* Monitor application performance and escalate potential environment and infrastructure issues
* Build Integrify applications using the built-in Integrity tools/functionality

What you will need….

* Bachelor's in Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science or related degree
* 5 years of experience in documenting business processes and requirement
* Ability to synthesize narratives of written or verbally provided business processes into process maps and workflows
* Strong understanding of SDLC concepts with working experience in Scrum/Agile project methodologies
* An excellent communicator (verbal and written) and is comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Work well independently as well as part of a team
* Self-starter with ability to work efficiently with minimal direction or guidance

What would be nice to have…

* Data integration experience between Integrify and other business systems such as Costpoint, Workday, MS Dynamics and Hyperion
