Job Summary:

Responsible for utilizing all applications within the billing system to provide internal customer support and resolve software issues. In addition, maintains the integrity of the database while supporting the Company's vision to continue to expand the business within our markets. Responsible for planning and assisting in the development, implementation, and support of new technologies. Maintains the integrity of the database while supporting the Company's vision to continue to expand the business within our markets. Analyzes billing system data and reports in order to meet the needs of the system. Monitors all data output to assure validity to the user, as well as maintain integrity of the database. Represents and serves as a point person for MIS department in project planning meetings. Interfaces with other departments to determine needs and produce results to increase efficiencies. Assists other departments by utilizing billing system(s) to help improve efficiencies. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities:

* Maintains addressable interfaces and all related software applications within DST.
* Implements testing procedures processes for new and modified applications and implements software enhancements to billing and addressable systems.
* Reconciles information between the controllers and the billing system.
* Oversees projects that require mass' changes to the DDP billing system, for MIS as well as with other departments.
* Creates/changes parameters on DDPF with an understanding of the impact to the business.
* Plans and assists in determining scope of new projects and in determining the impact of those projects on the department.
* Oversees daily operation of PPV, collection process, reporting processes, and billing production process.
* Studies and evaluates existing workflow of the department and makes recommendations to help improve processes.
* Trains and provides guidance to other co-workers to help develop their billing system skills.
* Utilizes external database knowledge and skills to plan and develop tools to support other departments.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:

* Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
* Information Sciences, Technology, Computer Science
* Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
