Assists team in conducting end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC. Prepares and executes test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production. Tests may be manual, automated or both. May also include Production Certification which requires manual/automated scripts be executed to certify production health and/or identify post-production defects. Test analyst is responsible for defining the test strategy and approach.

Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered for this position. This role is located in Plano, Texas only. It is not open to telecommuting or remote arrangements.

Job Description:

The individual will be part of Voice Testing team; they will be involved in voice testing in Manual stream testing. Responsible to review requirements, specifications, detailed designs and UI documents related to the call flows. Responsible for walkthrough sessions with designers\developers, test case designing, scripts fine tuning in Cyara. Responsible for scripts design\reviews, test plan preparations, test coverage matrix preparation, data mining activities. Responsible for creating release level test reports, KT documentations for owned modules and KT sessions within the team. Suggest process improvements to achieve or exceed desired quality.

You will work on multiple and complex concurrent tasks. Coordinate\Triage with Dev teams on defects identified during the testing; should be able to analyze any problem during configuration/ testing and act as escalation point until the issue resolution. Participate/host calls independently with business and development teams.

Required Skills:

* 2+ years of experience years of professional experience in software testing or equivalent graduate degree experience.
* Experience in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Candidate must be able to test the application in both English and Spanish languages.
* Good ability to Read\Write\Understand the Spanish language.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

* Experience in IVR functional testing.
* Work experience with Hammer\Cyara tools.
* Automation experience using RIT or Selenium.
* Good data mining knowledge.
* Domain knowledge of banking and financial applications.
* Prior experience of working with globally distributed teams.
* Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience in testing life cycle, and testing processes.
* Experience in application functional testing.
* Hands on experience in Quality Center\ALM.
