What you'll do

As the BI Analyst you will join our data and analytics team to drive our reporting and analysis efforts across the organization. You will partner with experts across the business to define requirements and develop reporting solutions to understand, monitor, and drive the business through actionable and insightful analysis. You will partner with the BI engineer to create scalable data marts with the necessary data needed to dig into the drivers of our business objectives. You will also work closely with the Ecommerce team to optimize the business and site performance through analysis of data. Your ability to partner with cross functional groups to understand the business and develop solutions in an agile collaborative fashion will make you successful in this role. And this is how you'll do it…

* Work closely with cross functional business teams to define requirements and build repeatable reporting solutions
* Build and support consistent KPI dashboards at the corporate and departmental level to monitor health or business and progress towards corporate objectives
* Build scripts, programs, and other tools to extract, organize, clean, and transform data
* Maintain core datasets used throughout Operations and Ecommerce business
* Apply quantitative research and analysis to a wide variety of business problems
* Partner and collaborate across departments within KIND to support decision-making and to answer key business issues

* Experience in processing large, multi-dimensional datasets
* Experience in monitoring and automating reports
* Expertise with data quality management tools

* Flexible and able to develop in an agile and quick fashion

You have…

* 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical capacity (preparing reports, presentation, dashboards, and/or data visualizations for various audiences -up to and including the executive level)
* A degree (BS/MS+) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics, Business, or related discipline
* Strong expertise in SQL
* Knowledge of Google Analytics
* Experience in monitoring and automating reports
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities quickly
* Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Alteryx, Matillion etc)
* Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills
