We are excited to announce that we are implementing Epic EHR for clinical and patient financial activity as well as consolidating ancillary core systems at White Plains Hospital (WPH), Nyack Hospital and Burke Rehabilitation. This project supports Montefiore Health System's strategic initiative to more closely integrate members and provide more advanced and better-coordinated care to patients in the region.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop reports and dashboards utilizing commercial BI platforms, creating, ad hoc queries, and other BI solutions for customers. The BI Analyst works with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure result validity.

Responsibilities:

* Gather, understand and critically evaluate information and reporting requirements from multiple sources to ensure alignment with Montefiore's strategic goals and to decompose high-level information into details.
* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Serve as the liaison between internal and external customers and subject matter experts (SMEs)/Data Warehouse team. Design and develop creative BI components for the delivery of scorecards, delivered reports, ad hoc queries, extracts and analytics.
* Utilize existing enterprise BI tool set (e.g., Epic Clarity, Cogito, SQL Server Reporting Services, SS Analysis Services, SharePoint, and commercial BI platforms) and web services that provide standard analytic computations that can be leveraged in multiple BI solutions.
* Work with customers to ensure user acceptance testing and complete delivery of reporting/analysis solution.
* Keep abreast of trends and best practices in the industry to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge as it relates to BI.

Required:

* Proficiency in Epic reporting using Caboodle, Cogito, Epic Clarity
* Experience in creation of dashboards and reports
* Intermediate SQL Skills

Nice to Have:

* Clarity Data Model Certification
* Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, Qlik
