This is benefit specific and not a general HR position. The Benefits Administration- Product Support Specialist is responsible for support and maintenance of multiple clients/companies with varying levels of benefits and employee counts in day-to-day navigation, utilization, and troubleshooting of the benefits platform.

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology (our People Tools), features, and usage
* Coordinates with the Benefits Implementation Representative in transitioning assigned accounts from implementation to service
* Provides excellent and professional service to a group of assigned accounts
* Answers client questions regarding system functionality within the Proliant service timelines
* Advises clients on how to process changes properly, especially in regards to integrations and EDI files
* Provides creative solutions in order to meet client needs
* Researches system issues and seeks assistance when necessary
* Ensures the success of the integration between benefits and payroll by monitoring error notifications provided by development
* Proactively follows guidelines for Open Enrollment preparation and implementation for numerous clients
* Troubleshoots EDI/Reporting errors and escalates issues to the EDI Specialist as needed
* Acts as a backup for other service reps as needed
* Acts as a liaison between the EDI specialist, the client, and carriers as needed
* Acts as a benefits resource to other Proliant team members
* Other duties as assigned
* Overtime work during open enrollment

Job Requirements:

* Prior experience with Infinity or Bswift software is a plus
* General knowledge of benefits, plan designs, and compliance
* Ability to develop proficiency in the use of applicable software programs
* Come in to work every day with a positive and uplifting attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Aptitude and desire for continuous learning
* Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment in a massively growing industry
* Ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to the table
* Ability to meet deadlines and meet customer expectations

Job Type: Full-time
