Position Summary and Responsibilities

LeCroy, a leader in the oscilloscope market, is currently looking for a BAAN Programmer/Analyst to be part of a small BAAN 5c ERP support team. Provide BAAN technical support to manufacturing units in multiple US locations. Will be part of the team to roll out BAAN system to new locations. This individual will work on projects as well as helpdesk requests, troubleshooting and problem solving; backfills for other team members during absences, and general BAAN user support. Overall objectives are user satisfaction, productivity, and system extension. Will be involved in the upcoming Baan upgrade to - Infor LN.

Responsibilities:

* Customizations, design, and coding
* Interact with users, gather requirements, develop specifications, develop & test programs
* Work effectively with cross functional team members and users
* System maintenance and uptime related tasks (patching, testing)
* Project team member, and leader, in BAAN extension projects
* Take responsibility for solution and closure of helpdesk requests in support of worldwide user base

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum five (5) years BAAN programming experience, preferably exposure to BAAN ERP 5c environment
* Experience with BAAN Tools
* Experience with Infor Baan LN is a strong plus
* BAAN Certification in Tools or Finance a plus
* BAAN MultiSite experience is a plus
* BAAN Functional knowledge of Logistics and/or Finance is a plus
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus (SSIS/SSRS)

Working Conditions/Environment

* Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment

Physical/Mental Requirements

* Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, occasionally walk and stand
* Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time using close vision, with the ability to adjust focus and perceive color
* Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs on an occasional basis
* Must be able to engage in verbal conversations (talk and hear)
