Administer and support SCM tools spanning JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Subversion, Git, Nexus, Artifactory
Keep tools software updated to the latest versions
Create test and implementation plans for tools upgrades
Perform tools upgrades
Monitor tools to ensure they run optimally
Create and maintain complex JIRA configurations such as for workflows, notifications, and fields
Understand tools and process integration across the SDLC
Provide administrative and technical support for installation of software patches, troubleshooting problems, performance tuning, software configuration, failure analysis, and migrations
Help automate manual administrative tasks as well as new tools integrations
Help evaluate new tools and process
Help develop and support backup/recovery strategies for tools
Create and maintain tools documentation for installs, maintenance, support, and training
Support tools during off-hours on an ad hoc basis
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
2 years of experience in installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, and/or integrating SCM tools
2 years of experience in installing and configuring application software in *NIX and Windows environments
Proficient in *NIX & Windows; MAC skills are a plus
Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Programming experience with Python, Groovy, Perl, Java, or C#
Experience with providing technical support to customers or end users is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Quick learner who is adept at multi-tasking
