The Job

The Associate Project Manager partners with Program Managers as well as Project Managers on large scale projects to ensure successful development, integration and delivery of functionality for the WarnerMedia streaming video app. The position will work across a variety of stakeholder groups, including Product Development, Product Management and Content Operations.

Daily

* Work with team members across divisions to determine objectives, scope, timeline, and success metrics for projects
* Supports team members with day-to-day management of project schedules, including generating/maintaining project dashboards, reporting, KPIs, risk/action logs and other artifacts
* Generate documentation for all necessary meetings & workshops as well as track delivery of follow-ups & outcomes
* Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status and other management reports
* Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
* Work with team members to identify issues and make recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner

The Essentials

* Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
* PMP Certification preferred
* 2 years' experience supporting complex project in the digital space is preferred
* Ability to apply project management methodologies (including Agile) and supporting tools
* Experience working with project schedules & data extracts
* Able to balance competing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to assist in breaking down data/information into meaningful findings and developing recommendations that lead to informed decision-making
* Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels; exceptional verbal and written communication skills
