The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.

Position Summary

The Associate, Platform & Delivery Management is responsible for project delivery, daily systems stability and technical strategic planning. The incumbent consults with both internal and external stakeholders to build a road map for the LOB technology portfolio that aligns with the enterprise direction. S/he works in a highly matrixed environment ensuring the stability, delivery and direction of the technology portfolio exceeds LOB objectives while representing enterprise objectives of the Technology organization.

Responsibility Statements

* Acts as an escalation point in conjunction with the assigned project manager for any deployment issues or escalations.
* Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Network Services service catalog
* Contributes to the improvement of process, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner.
* Leads the delivery of business requested and properties projects requiring integration of multiple technologies.
* Maintains network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards.
* Maintains network solutions that are compliant with Cybersecurity Policy and applicable industry regulations.
* Partners and consults with internal business partners in Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Service Operations & Support, including third-party support leads and vendors.
* Resource coordination and assignment for implementation projects, while ensuring consistent and balanced resource utilization across the team.
* Supports evolution of the network services operating environment through automation and new technology adoption.
* Supports platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in network services service catalog.

Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's Degree; in computer science engineering or a equivalent discipline, or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

* 5-9 years experience in software development.

* Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Demonstrated knowledge of the latest technology innovations and their applicability to business operations
* Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of influence and negotiation with all levels of management
* Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management concepts and procedures
* Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
* Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team
* IT Effectiveness: application sourcing, technology strategy and planning
* Metrics knowledge
* Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed
* Proven track record managing large, complex software development/integration projects in both host and distributed environments
* Quality management skills
* Strong program, project management, and leadership skills
* Strong reporting, decision making, analytical and problem solving skills
