Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon seeks an Architect, Application Development in Jersey City, NJ, to design technical infrastructure for applications and translate user requirements to process data needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing application architecture and analyzing the interaction between technology components within the architecture; developing code and logic that functions accurately to support business processes; designing and implementing product solutions to resolve complex business requirements; performing code reviews; developing technology solutions within asset servicing, wealth management, prime brokerage, or hedge fund sectors; and utilizing AngularJs, Angular, ExtJs, Javascript, Html, TypeScript, CSS, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA, JMS, JaxB, XML, Swagger, Hazelcast, Kafka, MQ, MicroServices, NodeJs, Grunt, Bower, Go.js, Docker, Cloud deployments, Maven, SQL, Oracle and Tomcat.
