JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION

Works closely with business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards. Involved in the full systems life cycle, design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include participation in component and data architecture design, coding, unit testing, performance monitoring and defect remediation.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Designs and develops solutions for projects related to new products, migrations, and enhancements to existing applications.
* Participates in project meetings with other technical staff, business owners and subject matter experts.
* Reviews application in progress of development to ensure compliance with overall design parameters and corporate development standards.
* Develops unit tests for testing the application before quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related IT field of study plus six (6) years of experience in end-to-end systems development life cycle. Alternatively, we will accept a Master's degree, plus three (3) years of experience as described.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

All stated experience must include systems analysis, design, development, unit testing, and integration methodologies. Experience must also include at least three (3) years of experience in the following: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, TFS, Visual Studio, WCF, and developing servicing applications within the mortgage industry.
