Job Description

The Opportunity:

Backstop has an immediate opening for two full-time Operational Support Engineers. The candidate will be providing advanced application support by investigating issues, replicating with sample data, and working with development staff to build/test remediation.

Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Experience with a programming language required; java preferred.

Financial industry or CRM experience is a plus

Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are a must

Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to read/write Mandarin is a plus
