Software development background with focus on performance and scalability Good exposure to distributed/clustered systems Passion for data analysis and trends Build dashboards for application and database health Capacity planning and data sizing Solid understanding of NOSQL databases. MongoDB is preferred Proficiency in scripting(Python,Shell) is highly desirable Experience in search platforms like ElasticSearch is highly desirable Enterprise Java

Apple Corporate and Finance Systems is looking for a highly motivated Application Engineer (Performance and Scalability) with background in developing Software that can thrive with an increase in data. Development and maintenance of distributed data pipelines, creation of analytical tools and defining architecture for search will be the primary responsibilities. In addition you will work on capacity planning and data sizing and make infrastructure recommendations

BS Computer Science or Equivalent. Minimum of 3 years in Software development
