Duties: We are seeking motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Level Software Developers interested in joining our team in Alexandria, VA and exploring an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

In this Role the candidate will provide technical, development assistance to the Team Leads and Senior Developers, on the overall design, development, and solution of Next Generation Java J2EE based applications, will engage in full stack Java J2EE application development and will work on all or any Java Technologies from UI to back end. Will have experience developing Java Code and experience using J2EE Framework, Architecture & Design Patterns. In depth knowledge of system performance Metrics, Enterprise RHEL, VMware servers, hosting application on Jboss/Tomcat servers, Java, JEE, Java IDE, JAVA JDK1.8, JUnit, RESTful Webservice, RESTEasy, Design patterns including but limiting to MVC/MVVM/MV Framework, SPA (Single Page Application) Model, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle 11g/12 SQL, PL/SQL, MYSQL, CSS, HTML, XML, XSLT, JQuery, JSP, JSON, JDBC, Java WebStart,DocX Libraries, REST,MyBATIS, Bootstrap, Proficiency with Jboss Application Server, Apache/Jboss Webserver, RHEL, Jboss Developer Studio, Sharepoint and Technical documentation. Knowledge, Selenium, AppDynamics, Splunk, SOL4j, SiteScope, Subversion & SonarQube. Limiting to the mentioned, integrating J2EE developed interfaces with existing NG or Legacy applications. Experience using Rally, Knowledge of RBAC. Knowledge and experience with Agile administration and development.

Knowledge of AngularJS, Angular 6, Knockout, Ember, BootStrap, PKI, NIST/FISMA Standards, and Entrust Truepass is a plus.

Experience and understanding of Standard Data Format: HTML, XML, XML related technologies, XML Parser - Understanding of XML4IP a plus, Web 2.0 technologies.

Candidate with USPTO working experience preferred but not a must. Exposure to DevOps is a big plus. Knowledge of legacy Java technologies such as EJB is a plus.

Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform overall Life cycle development, system design, Technology and solutions implementation, programming, solutioning, implementation, post production support, system engineering, experience Java J2EE Technologies. Develop Java Webservices/interfaces for Next Generation Java J2EE patent application. Experience with CA Agile Central/Rally, Remedy and RBAC. 8+ years of combined experience as a developer in J2EE-related Web application development projects

Requirements

Experience: Must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience providing application support, specializing in COTS applications to include all common office productivity tools.
