Job Description:

Accenture LLP seeks an Application Development Manager in Seattle, WA to lead the support team in the resolution of Maximo and CGI ARM production support tickets. S/he will perform the following duties: assist with the analysis and solutioning of CGI ARM (Asset and Resource Management) and Maximo incidents and enhancements; manage and streamline the ticket resolution using ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes; coordinate scrum ceremonies with onsite and offshore team; coordinate production support ticket development with offshore team; manage current ticket status; schedule production support ticket deployment; develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports for production support tickets; resolve source application issues with problem and incident management teams; coordinate target deployments with operations team; coordinate release management for IT releases; secure Change Approval Board (CAB) approval for production changes; manage deployment escalations; coordinate releases across multiple technology teams; apply Agile concepts to improve service delivery; identify continuous improvement opportunities using DevOps concepts in the deployment process; setup timelines to automate one click deployments for various CGI ARM and Maximo components; and track service level agreement performance and escalate issues to the delivery leadership.
