U.S. Bank National Association ("U.S. Bank") is hiring an Application Developer - Salesforce in San Francisco, CA. Duties: Analyze business requirements and design, test, and develop software to meet requirements; design, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer applications of high complexity, significance, and risk; design complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms; may perform some application architecture functions; estimate and define time tables and project tasks; analyze and estimate cost and time; perform change impact analysis; create and review unit and test plans; create detailed program specifications; analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to applications; manage interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations; monitor operating efficiency of existing application systems and recommend technical solutions; manage Salesforce application, creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots, and report types; develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards; audit and resolve data integrity issues; complete bulk imports and exports of data and batch reassignment of accounts based on organizational changes; develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users, and coordinate user training sessions; monitor user adoption rates and respond with additional training; and recommend, implement, and test automation strategies and deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and triggers. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, plus 6 years of experience with developing and implementing applications. Must possess 6 years of experience with: environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies in a production setting; integrating Salesforce with REST APIs and RESTful Web Services; and OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration; 5 years of experience with: full life cycle Salesforce implementations; Salesforce Sales Cloud; Salesforce Service Cloud; full life cycle CRM solutions; Publishing Objects in Salesforce to Salesforce; Salesforce development, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies, including CI/CD; CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies; integrating Salesforce with different business systems, including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting; and working in an Agile/Scrum development environment; 1 year of experience with: Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Salesforce Community Cloud; and defining the system architecture landscape; and certification as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer.
