What You'll Do

* Provide project management required for the completion of action items during the implementation process including the setup of new systems and additional modules to existing systems.
* Provide in office support for team members during travel times.
* Complete customer implementations while providing a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
* Provide customer training over the phone regarding Integra software and functionality.
* Provide onsite consulting and training services to customers to improve their efficiency and achieve their business goals.
* Provide troubleshooting, assess nature of product or service issues and resolve problems.
* Ensure all project cases have appropriate project documentation uploaded.
* Handles special projects as assigned.
* Conduct follow-ups after project closure to ensure implemented product success
* Document all cases and case notes in CAI designated tracking software.
* Complete weekly time tracking in CAI designated tracking software.
* Provide support to customers via telephone and internet regarding Integra software products as needed.
* Travel to customer sites for business project meetings, configuration, testing, upgrades, training and go-live activities as needed.
* Travel +/- 60% required. Travel could be domestic or international and may be over the weekend.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
* 5+ year of experience in a customer support role preferred.
* 3+ year of experience in the computer software or construction materials industry preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Very good understanding of Windows-based PC's, including file structure.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and be diplomatic yet firm in difficult situations.
* Familiarity with the construction materials industry is a plus.
