Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

Application Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Define and implement application architecture. Contribute to deliverable status reporting. Develop software solutions. Gather and assess application requirements. Participate in design and code reviews. Provide architectural and technical support on application deployments and upgrades. Monitor performance of architectural systems. Conduct training's and presentations to client and team members. Utilize JSON REST API, enterprise payment platform, Spring, J2EE, Web Services, and Agile methodology. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Application Architect, IT Architect, Solutions Architect, or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing JSON REST API, enterprise payment platform, Spring, J2EE, Web Services, and Agile methodology. Full time. W175.
