NTT DATA Services currently seeks a App Support Analyst (CMS) to join our team in Fremont, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Provide analysis and support and work in tandem with the dev team to support enterprise content management applications.
* Participate in the analysis and resolution of issues related to information flow and content setup.
* Apply business knowledge to analyze issues, develop reports and solve problems.

Research and resolve any release and configuration issues that arise.
* Communicate all issues or problems to management and makes recommendations for solutions.
* Perform ad hoc analyses and support the development team depending on business needs.
* Must have a good hold and working experience in .NET (3-5 years)
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in functional / system analysis, including application and end to end systems
* 3-5 years of experience in support related tasks for application deployment (L1/L2 support), interactions with QA and build teams and performing analysis of issues to support the development team.
* Experience working with business and technology partners in defining and validating requirements
* Experience with processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
* Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics
* Ability to take initiative and communication skills are essential
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to clearly articulate, document and communicate problem and resolution plans
* Demonstrated problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems
* The individual should be willing to train on in SDL Tridion.

Basic Qualifications:

* 3-5 Years of experience in Microsoft-.NET-C#
* 3-5 Years of experience in Application support-Release & Deployment
* 3-5 Years of experience in Application support-L1 or L2 Support

Nice-to Have

It will be good if the individual has experience supporting in SDL Tridion.

Education

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education
