Who we are looking for:

POSSIBLE NY is seeking an API Developer for a long-term contract (6 months, to start) as part of our new Agile Mobile Hub team that will embrace Design Thinking, Agile, and DevOps practices to create mobile software solutions for our largest client. The Agile Mobile Hub team leverages agile methodology and focus on rapid development of mobile solutions/applications. This API Developer will be part of the POSSIBLE team and will sit on-site with our client at their Union Square office. We are looking for a candidate that has strong communication skills, experience working with small development teams, and thrives in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary, team environment.

What you'll do:

* Provide solutions based on user needs under the direction of the product owner and technical lead.
* Design, develop, and test APIs for clients' digital transformation.
* Responsible for performance tuning and optimization. Provide and own product solutions.
* Contribute to continued growth of the team's skills & processes

Who we are looking for:

* 3+ years of experience in API development in .NET or Azure.
* Solid knowledge and experience with agile software development.
* Provide solutions based on user needs and under the direction of the Product Owner and Technical Lead.
* Experience designing, developing and testing APIs.
* Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize solution based on the value to the user and the business.
