Description

As an Analytics Engineer, you will work on implementing Lattice's AI platform for its customers. Your specific role is to analyze and transform raw customer data into summarized and aggregated data sets suitable for predictive modeling and machine learning. The best candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and frame problems constructively to deliver reliable, transparent, and repeatable solutions. You fluently explain complex ideas to colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

* Execute data analysis, ETL, and data mining to support customer deployments
* Configure enterprise analytics platform and tools
* Work closely with customer delivery teams with mixed backgrounds (business & sales, mathematics & predictive analytics, database & data management)
* Solve problems arising from dynamic data and changing customer requirements

Qualifications

* BS degree data analytics, information science, operations research, economics or a scientific, mathematical, or technical discipline such as physics, math, biological sciences, or engineering with relevant intern experience
* Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies
* Experience transforming data and programming repeatable ETL workflows using SQL
* Experience delivering business insights from data using pivot tables, advanced excel models, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Knowledge of AWS Tools and Python is a plus
* Knowledge of analytics tools such as R is a plus
* Experience working collaboratively on a team with aggressive deadlines
* Strong project and time management, as well as written and proactive communications skills
