The System Analyst is responsible for effective operation, maintenance, and configuration of Developments Project Management software and related infrastructure. This individual will become the Subject Matter Expert on how various Proprietary and Market (Oracle, Unifier, ServiceNow/ Nuvolo) software packages work and interact with each other.

Responsibilities

* Perform daily system monitoring, maintenance, and verification of the integrity and availability of all systems and key processes.
* Supports both internal and external partners with system processes, access and issue resolution.
* Provide basic reporting and system analytics. System front-end Subject Matter Expert.
* Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
* Contribute to and maintain system standards.
* Partner with Business Process Owner and system governance owner to ensure end-to-end compliance and functionality.
* Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning of both personnel and system resources.
* Investigation and reporting on data integrity issues (both system and user caused issues).
* Lead frequent audits to ensure functionality and data integrity.
* Responsible for updating and maintaining existing and future process documentation, and the ongoing training of new and existing users.
* Create, change and delete user accounts per request.
* Partner with 3rd party developers for system configurations and updates.
* Identify system requirements, issues, or enhancements and provide user-end feedback and recommendations to 3rd party developers and Business Process Owner.

Qualifications

* Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
* Experience: 2+, Construction and Facilities.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems Oracle and Oracle Unifier a plus.
* Strong system process documentation skills.
* AGILE methodology in IT development.
* Prior experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems, ServiceNow & Nuvolo a plus.
