AM&E Security Cooperation Logistics Analyst

IDS International is seeking a Security Cooperation Logistics Analyst to support the DoD Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Program's Subject Matter Expert task order. This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

* Programmatic and administrative support
* Assisting in coordinating and facilitating information
* Fostering interdepartmental relationships
* Performing research
* Analyzing data
* Producing reports
* Developing delivery forecasts
* Assist in logistics policy revisions

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree required
* SECRET Clearance required
* A minimum of three (3) years of work experience (sometime within the last five (5) years) related to an understanding of Security Cooperation Building Partner Capacity Programs and its related fields of logistics, transportation, delivery and current security cooperation database management tools
* Increased experience in related security cooperation areas and programs is a capability above threshold minimum requirements; such as BPC programs - military requirements and capability development, and Global Train and Equip programs through the FMS process
* Increased experience in logistics systems and management, and/or process improvements is a capability above threshold minimum requirements
* Knowledgeable and experienced with the Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) and the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and able to facilitate the training and onboarding of other contract team members
* Strong computer, analytical skills, and the ability to research and communicate effectively in writing
* Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff, Department of Defense (DoD) counterparts, as well as foreign clients and industry representatives
