The alliance technical program lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the GCP technical organization as well as Deloitte's leadership teams in an effort to identify go-to-market (GTM) opportunities that drive value for our clients, Google, and Deloitte. The alliance technical program lead's role in delivering this value mainly consists of aligning Deloitte and Google offerings to serve our joint clients.

Work You'll Do

Alliances Technical Architect Responsibilities

The alliance technical program lead is responsible for establishing and maintaining

relationships globally with the GCP technical organization, Google counterparts, Deloitte's leadership teams, country alliance leaders and industry leaders and will evangelize Google Cloud Platform initiatives that create value for our clients, Google, and Deloitte.

The alliance technical program lead's role in delivering this value mainly consists

of coordinating with the broad number of business and geographies across Deloitte to insure a thorough understanding of Deloitte's Google Cloud offerings to drive the Google Cloud Alliance business goals.

The Alliances Technical Program Lead will work with internal teams to expand their knowledge of GCP differentiators and value

propositions, GCP Solutions available and under development, acting as a front line GCP Solutions and Offerings SME to the various lines of business.

The Alliances Technical Program Lead requires an understanding of the underlying factors that drive customers to cloud,

current cloud trends around big data and machine learning, IT strategy and planning skills, and develop long lasting relationships.

The Alliances Technical Program Lead will champion GCP training and certification globally across Deloitte

working with Google and Deloitte training leaders insuring GCP training and certification curriculums are understood, availability of training and access to it.

The Alliances Technical Program Lead also works closely with the Google Cloud Business Managers and/or Regional Alliance

Managers to optimize account planning efforts, is focused on supporting business development, while also having strong operational ties to support, standards, strategy, and product management, but is not a delivery or hands on technical position.

Qualifications

* 5 years of experience as a Cloud technology practitioner including solution development or migration.
* Google Cloud platform competencies
* Google Cloud Certified Solutions Architect and/or Developer, preferably at the professional level, a plus
* Understanding of GCP training and certification tracks
* Proven global and cross-functional team leadership facilitation and program management skills
* Experienced strategy, planning, designing and implementing solutions

Position Skills:

* Ability to manage parallel workstreams and prioritize needs based on the current demands


* Communicate key areas of differentiation and value of Deloitte's Google Cloud Offerings


* Ability to understand client business issues to then map and champion Deloitte/GCP services and software solutions


* Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner executives, developers and product experts


* Strong competency across disparate alliance support systems, i.e. training, self-solve, support, marketing, sales pipeline, etc.


* Champions GCP Training and Certification efforts

* Ability to manage work and meet specific deadlines, highly organized and self-sufficient

* Leadership presence demonstrating ability to communicate clearly and convincingly to respective client teams through excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
* Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives, developers, and product experts
* High integrity - honors commitments: consistent and predictable follow-up
* Highly organized, extremely self-sufficient with High Energy and Enthusiasm
* Comfortable talking about technical issues with business people and business issues with technical people. Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
* Exhibited analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks
* Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple channels and become a trusted advisor to decision makers.



Education: Bachelor's Degree is required; Advanced Degree Preferred
