Agile Scrum Master (TS/SCI Clearance)

As an Agile Scrum Master in our practice you will:

* Support stakeholder engagement efforts for web-application development effort
* Translate mission requirements into technical requirements and vice versa
* Speak the mission and technical languages effectively
* Demonstrate expertise in the Agile mindset
* Facilitate agile ceremonies, including the daily stand-up, sprint planning, product backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
* Collaborate with users, document processes, capture feedback, and translate into recommendations and technical requirements
* Be comfortable facilitating labs and feedback sessions with a variety of client stakeholders

Qualifications

* You are a good listener, and always have your next question ready
* You are excited by the opportunity to translate ambiguous objectives into real-world mission results
* You are hands on and bold - willing to ask probing questions and watch over the shoulders of users to capture their processes, pain points, and goals

Desired skills:

* Demonstrated experience working with developers to plan sprints, develop requirements, facilitate daily-stand up, write user stories, etc.
* Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or SSM)
