Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

* Responsible for managing an Agile development team
* Manages the program scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual program tasks
* Attends committee meetings and provides program status updates
* Monitors team dynamic and team accountability related to delivery commitments
* Assigning program tasks and coordinating resources, including the review of escalating such issues as needed
* Leads and directs a set of high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and iteration with internal teams
* Presents program status and issues to stakeholders through formal presentations
* Conducts regular program meetings with teams to review the current status of the project including program, schedule, and labor issues
* Ability to work in a matrix partnership with Product Managers and Engineering leadership
* Participates in or leads the program steering committee reviews and gate approvals
* Responsible for tracking, resolving and escalating program Issues and Risks
* Analyzes and investigates
* Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
* Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
* Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
* Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
* Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
* Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
* Responsible for program forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications:

* Previous experience with Agile/SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile Framework
* Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
* Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
* Experience with Planview or similar portfolio management/demand planning tool is a plus
* Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare experience
* Agile Certification (CSM, Scaled Agilist, PMI-ACP)
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
