Scrum Master certification is must
Should have experience working with JIRA and Confluence

Ability to interact with Directors and senior level leaders in the organization

Knowledge on Java and Hadoop fundamentals
Key responsibilities*
Responsible for implementing the agile roadmap for large enterprise
Interact with teams, understand gaps and plan the agile roadmap implementation for each team
Coach the team on effective way to use JIRA and develop sites in confluence to display dashboard having key agile metrics
Work on presentations for audiences at differnt levels in the Organization to talk about Agile transformation journey progress
