About this Role:

We are seeking Agile coaches to work with clients in support of their Agile transformation journeys. Specifically, we are on the hunt for experienced coaches that can work at the scrum team level. Our ideal coaches understand how to adopt their approach for each team and environment, and have a passion for Agile adoption and maturity.

We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable. Each project engagement at Infinitive represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies, and people and will involve a range of responsibilities to include:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day coaching of Agile teams, team members and Product Owners
Assess the maturity of teams and help those teams make incremental progress against a defined maturity framework
Help define and implement maturity frameworks
Educate business and IT leaders on the behaviors and principles of Agile
Help scale Agile within IT and across lines of business

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile, preferably as a Scrum Master, with 2 years of Agile coaching experience
Proven experience as a leader, educator and advocate for the adoption of Agile
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in Agile
Management consulting experience is preferred
Multiple Agile certifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
