Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Advisory Senior Consultant in Chicago, IL.

Work You'll Do

Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement; assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects; use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services; construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls; identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability; understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches; develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards; utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements; generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management; build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements

* Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).


* Eighteen months of experience in cyber risk and regulatory compliance.


* Experience must include eighteen months of:
* Designing, developing and operationalizing File Integrity Monitoring programs that are ISO, COBIT, HIPAA, PCI and SOX compliant with continuous improvement program and policies in place;


* Designing, developing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) system testing scenarios/scripts, executing testing cycles and documenting test results for product implementations;


* Conducting current state assessment to determine the baseline and maturity level for end-to-end identity lifecycle management processes including access request, access approval, access review, access fulfillment, catalog management, certification, and functional monitoring;


* Addressing client information security regulatory requirements and structuring client governance model by utilizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles including principle of least privilege, segregation of duties, need-to-have / need-to-know principles and RACI matrix;


* Designing and developing end-to-end third-party security risk programs by conducting current state analysis, rationalizing client and industry standard security requirements, developing third party prioritization matrix and security assessment framework, conducting pilot assessments and operationalizing and delivering the third-party program;


* Developing privacy impact and readiness assessment materials in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);


* Assessing, designing and developing information security program strategies, roadmaps and dashboards that includes risk intelligence, key performance indicator (KPI) and key risk indicator (KRI);


* Performing information security risk compliance review in accordance with NIST CSF and NIST 800-53 regulations, including operational, regulatory, and strategic risk review;


* Interfacing with clients to develop and build control frameworks and rationalize business processes and requirements into functional and technical specifications; and


* Developing end-user information security training guides (presentation, training modules and policies) and delivering training to end-users.




* Position requires 70% travel.
