Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Advisory Senior Consultant in Los Angeles, CA.

Work You'll Do

Advisory Senior Consultant in Cyber Risk to identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement; assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects; use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services; construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost effective and risk appropriate controls; identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability; understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches; develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards; utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements; generate innovative ideas and participate in decision making with engagement management; and build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements

* Bachelor's (or higher) degree in computer science, information systems, management information systems, business administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).


* Eighteen months of IAM and privileged access experience.


* Experience must include eighteen months of:
* Performing project management, including preparing estimates and monitoring timelines;


* Creating change management process for clients;


* Coordinating and performing various User Acceptance Tests (UAT), including regression testing, system testing, integration testing, functional testing, and alpha and beta testing using CyberArk and IAM solutions (SailPoint and RSA/Aveksa);


* Communicating with clients to create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs);


* Providing production support services, including post-production support, for accounts managed by CyberArk and applications onboarded on the IAM Tools;


* Developing system applications using Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) documents, User Requirement Specification (URS) and Change Request (CR) documents;


* Conducting Kick-off meetings, Requirement gathering meetings and UAT & Production Sign-off meetings;


* Creating dashboards using tools, including Tableau, MicroStratergy and Business Objects;


* Developing architectural design documents, Use Cases, and flow charts using MS Visio; and


* Mentoring and coaching junior team members.




* Position requires approximately 80% travel.
