Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Advisory Senior Consultant in Arlington, VA.

Work You'll Do

Advisory Senior Consultant in Cyber Risk to identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement; assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects; use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and/or implement products and services; understand clients' business environment and basic risk management approaches; perform information security services at the enterprise level in Identity and Access Management (IAM); work on the IAM life cycle design, development, configuration, implementation, and daily support; perform application cyber security vulnerability managed services; and contributed to project status reporting.

Requirements

* Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).


* Eighteen months of cyber risk and regulatory compliance experience.


* Experience must include eighteen months of:
* Developing, implementing, and architecting information systems;


* Conducting network assessments, web application assessments, and mobile assessments;


* Coordinating identity and access management, privacy and data protections, application security, server security, network security and vulnerability management;


* Assessing, proposing, and executing strong authentication, encryption, source code analysis, application penetration testing and system hardening;


* Performing Threat modeling, engagement planning, scoping and reviewing work papers for quality;


* Collaborating with Vulnerability Management (VM) experts, IT professionals, and clients to support cyber security and risk consulting;


* Providing technical guidance, architecture, installation, configuration, and/or operation for solutions used across the entire lifecycle of vulnerability management, including asset management, scanning/testing, threat intelligence, analysis, and reporting utilizing HP Fortify, IBM AppSCan, Nessus, nMap, and Burpe Suite; and


* Mentoring and coaching junior team members.




* Position requires approximately 50% travel.
