In this position, you will act as a lifeline for financial advisors as they make use of these tools, reports, and statements to service their clients.

It also involves research with direct product sponsors and other companies that transfer data to Commonwealth.

Key responsibilities

* Supporting the advisor experience in Client360° and Practice360° and clients in Investor360° through the Data Integrity phone queue, e-mails, and case work

* Experience with other portfolio reporting system(s) a plus (Advent, dbCams, Albridge, Centerpiece)
* Financial services back-office operations experience a plus
* FINRA Series 7 securities registration a plus
