Q2 is seeking energetic, innovative, "out-of-the-box" thinkers with a passion for software and technology to join our 2019 Summer Intern Program.

The Summer Internship Program is 12-weeks long (beginning May 29, 2019), and all positions are paid hourly with an average work week of 40 hours. In addition to your project-based internship role, you will be given the opportunity for weekly learning sessions with Sr. Leadership, off-site activities with other Q2 interns and the opportunity to present on your internship experience to the Executive Leadership team at the end of the program.

We are seeking an Implementations Advancement Intern who will work with the Implementation Team. The Intern will work closely with the team to analyze project data and come up with ways to report and visualize metrics and indicators. This may include executing and enhancing existing tools and maintaining / creating supporting documentation. Includes light exposure to other business units of a software company and its customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Supporting tools / initiatives to improve existing processes and the move to Agile methodology.
* Create reports or other visualizations with supporting data
* Database organization and information management
* Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
* Other miscellaneous projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

* Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Science
* Understanding of Relational Database / Datamart
* Have exceptional work ethic, highly efficient and attention to detail
* Have ability to operate independently and proactively with minimal up-front instruction and take ownership of work product; driven, diligent, and self-motivated
* Excellent organizational skills
