Job Description

The Advanced Salesforce Administrator at Parcel Pending will work alongside our current Salesforce Administrator on-site to optimize and maintain SFDC to support the needs of our growing team. This role will be an integral part in the overall productivity and success of the organization.

Job Requirements:

* In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC. Configuring, implementing, and administering Salesforce.com along with some working knowledge of custom code (Apex, s-controls) as well as an understanding of integration with external systems.
* Knowledge with custom objects, formulas, validation rules, workflows, etc...
* Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is crucial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing applications
* Experience migrating to Salesforce Lightning strongly desired
* Experience working with Force.com application packaging and deployment is a plus.
* Bachelor or degree in Computer Science (or similar relevant specialization) or equivalent professional experience of minimum 3 years.
* Salesforce and/or Advanced Administrator certification.
* 7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience supporting an enterprise SFDC instance with 150+ users.
* Ability to work in office at our headquarters located in Irvine, CA

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals.
* Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce initiatives, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
* Provide system administration support of internal Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow. This includes direct user support.
* Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, all sales divisions, customer support and operations to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
* Understand requirements and deployment of custom objects, workflow rules, automatic triggers, relationships and mappings, etc.
* Own and modify existing system integrations with applications and 3rd party apps, such as Hubspot, and evaluate and implement additional system integrations as requested
* Ability to train new and existing employees on basic structure of Salesforce, advanced processes of our company for said employee's department and Report and Dashboard training.
