Job Description

This position's primary responsibilities involve Quality Control checks on all builds and maintenance items that are completed from our overall Global Transportation Setup Team, both the Freight Setup Shipper and Carrier Products as well as the Fleet Setup Product. Issues relating to missing or conflicting Profile and Configuration Information are communicated and coordinated with the rest of the Setup Team to ensure all completed builds and maintenance tickets are timely and accurate.

Basic Qualifications

* Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
* One to two years of clerical and/or customer service experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Some knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with Service Now ticketing application is a plus
