Senior SAS Programmer Analyst

Accountable for developing complex macros and programs to create standard reports and listings for clinical data management and other areas of clinical using SAS for data review and data cleaning to conduct clinical trials in Oncology area. Provide support for SDTM package development for submission related activities. Additionally, support global projects initiatives by providing technical help to the data operations group. Help in creating SAS tools as needed to expedite SAS programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform SAS programming to provide complex listings/reports to support Data Management function to clean data for Oncology trials.
* Develop programs to provide patient profiles and ad-hoc reports for data review to support the clinical teams.
* Design and develop Standard SAS macros, standard programs, applications, and other utilities to expedite SAS programming activities and usage by the Oncology Data Management and other areas of Clinical for data review.
* Develop and maintain the programs including testing with proper documentation using departmental standards.
* Ensure all programming activities and processes performed are conducted according to standard operating procedures and good programming practices.
* Develop SAS tools and generic SAS programs for clinical studies.
* Develop SAS programs and register programs into JReview tool.
* Develop SDTM Annotated eCRF, Specifications, programs and validate using P21 Enterprise guide.
* Collaborate with data base programmers with the different types of external data e.g., laboratory data, PK, ECG, Tumor, and etc
* Participate in system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies.
* Work independently on different projects and resolve any issues by communicating with different groups.
* Submission related activities and Audits.
