3M is seeking a Program Manager for the Health Information Systems Division located in 3M HIS Office Locations or Remote.

Job Summary/Visionary statement:

The person hired for the position of Program Manager will serve as the 3M executive leading the successful delivery of middle revenue cycle transformation engagements. This position will oversee, coordinate and deliver consulting engagements coupled with technology implementations. Client engagement will be from inception of project scoping to completion, with many projects being multi-year engagements. The successful candidate will have proficiency in client management in an enterprise healthcare environment; managing teams in a matrix environment; be technology savvy; and have demonstrated critical and structured thinking skills, as well as, excellent communication and presentation skills.

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Coordinate consulting and technology implementations at client sites
* Create program management tools to monitor program delivery
* Coordinate timing of each delivery with client expectations
* Understand client business issues and work to identify solutions to resolve
* Identify and coordinate consulting work steps for successful delivery
* Identify and coordinate client responsibilities and track

Basic Qualifications:

* Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
* Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare technology implementation management experience
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare consulting
* Minimum of seven (7) years of healthcare industry experience in a private, public, government or military environment
* Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Degree concentration in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Project Management Experience
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Certified Experience
* Knowledgeable in 3M HIS software portfolio (360 Encompass)

Location: 3M HIS Office Locations or Remote

Travel: May include up to 75% domestic

Relocation: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
