* Provide technical maintenance and support for Infrastructure Networking Technologies.
* Implement and maintain Cisco ACI: Cisco APIC-M2, Nexus 9K in ACI Mode
* Ability to implement and troubleshoot routing protocols - EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
* Install, configure, and maintain network switches, routers and firewalls that support the IQVIA/Foresight Infrastructure for both internal and external networks
* Monitor and conduct performance evaluation of networks and networking solutions. Optimizes and tunes performance and troubleshoots common to complex problems.
* Experience with managing and handling customers (internal) and customer satisfaction is critical
* Monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for Infrastructure Networking Services to ensure continuous operation systems resources. Execute and perform systems analyses and performance tuning as needed.
* Interact with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to implement product and technical services in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide assistance with the specialized development, maintenance and support of all Infrastructure technologies
