    Title: Client Engagement Manager
    Base Location: Chicago, downtown
    Domestic Travel: 25%
    International Travel: Openness to travel is desirable

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships across existing accounts of Parkar Consulting Group.

    • Identify opportunities for growth in existing accounts and coordinate across all aspects of the sales process
    • Manage existing accounts and stakeholder expectations by a combination of in person meetings and audio/video conferences.
    • Provide coverage to accounts in locations like Chicago, Washington DC, New York and other cities in the Mid West and East Coast.
    • Ability to sell technology consulting and professional services (IT staffing) type opportunities within the target accounts
    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to existing clients.
    • Prepare research on your target accounts and conduct meetings with existing and new client contacts
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

    COMPETENCIES:

    • The ideal candidate must have a positive & upbeat attitude and strong consultative selling skills
    • Responsive, highly accountable, and solution focused when dealing with clients
    • Sound knowledge of technology jobs and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
    • Ability to set and manage expectations and negotiate for closing with clients and the recruiters/solution consultants
    • Willingness to travel for international sales opportunities or marketing events
    • Minimum 5 years of work experience and background in IT services, IT staffing, IT Products is mandatory
