About Meta SaaS

31% of the software as a service (SaaS) licenses that the average company pays for go unused. The average organization today has 15 sanctioned SaaS products and upwards of 600 SaaS products that they are paying for in hidden departmental budgets. This creates a huge amount of waste, as well as security and management headaches.

Meta SaaS is the cloud-based command and control platform for software as a service (SaaS) that solves these problems. The platform performs three critical functions that traditionally take an organization extended time and resources.

  1. Automatically identify unsanctioned/phantom IT that is being used in an organization and then automatically determine who the responsible administrator is for each unsanctioned product.
  2. Automatically combine the reporting and administration of both the sanctioned and unsanctioned IT into a unified dashboard.
  3. Provides actionable reports to users allowing quick insight into which SaaS products are being used efficiently, which should be canceled or renegotiated, and which warrant further investigation.

Additionally, Meta SaaS provides its users with fast and easy insights into which terminated employees may still have access to privileged data, and what the true cost of ownership is for each platform the organization subscribes to.

Using Meta SaaS, IT and finance departments can finally provide a quick and accurate answer to the question: What are we spending on SaaS and is our spend being used well?
