Agathos has the data, partners, and domain experts to help lead the transition to a sustainable health and economic model for the industry. We are backed by leading healthtech VCs and have strong traction among some of the nation’s most advanced hospitals.

Using data to change behavior in healthcare towards more valuable care choices is a difficult and nuanced problem. Hospitals often analyze data at the group level, making it difficult to pinpoint when and how clinicians contribute care to shared patients and how to decrease waste and inefficiency. Physicians are fatigued by incomplete and non-actionable data. They need more than group-level metrics, static dashboards, and alerts to provide high-value care to their patients. Agathos provides personalized learning moments focused on specific clinical actions and supported by peer comparison graphs, practice recommendations (e.g., from Choosing Wisely), and relevant clinical cases. This action-level feedback is inherently actionable, accelerating user engagement, learning, and behavior change.

We are seeking new team members to add their skills and leadership to make this vision a reality. The interview process consists of an initial phone screen, a technical interview with our CTO, and culminates with a half-day onsite to meet the rest of the team.
