    Here’s the process to join our team.

    We’re eager to get to know you, learn about projects you’ve worked on, and experiences you can bring to Zendesk. If you are selected for an interview, you will meet with someone from talent acquisition, the business group you are applying to, and nice people across the Zendesk team.

    As you go through our process, we will be sharing our Zendesk values (lead with exceptional customer service, deliver the simplest solution, show pride in our work, and care for each other) and assessing your capabilities and skills.

    Here are some tips to help you along the way:

    - Get to know Zendesk so you can ask more specific questions. You’ll receive a candidate interview guide, and your recruiter will gladly guide you to content to help you learn more about what it’s like to work here.
    - Don’t forget to read the job posting before your interview. You might want to make a list of questions you have about the job.
    - We use behavioral interview questions. You can practice answering in a STAR format: situation, task, action, result.
    - You should always feel welcome to ask questions.
