Yidio Background

Founded in 2008 by Brandon Eatros and Adam Eatros, Yidio's mission is to connect users to the content they love across any device, content provider, and location. Yidio is a fast-growing, profitable startup with over 15 million users accessing content from over 180 different content providers across Yidio's top ranked iOS, Android, Kindle, and web apps. Yidio raised $350,000 in 2009 and has 35 employees.

We are a small team of passionate, hard working entrepreneurs trying to change the way the world discovers and watches TV shows and movies. We employ an open working environment that promotes collaboration across all employees. We pride ourselves on using data to make intelligent decisions, moving fast while being diligent with our focus, and promoting both personal and professional growth.

Hiring Process

We typically start the hiring process with a quick 15 minute intro phone call. Once initial interest is aligned for both parties, we will ask each recruit to come in office for a round of interviews with 2-3 different employees. From here, we give a small take home project that each recruit will present to our team once completed. If all things are a go at this point, we will extend an offer and complete our standard hiring diligence.
