Founded by a pair of BlackRock alumni, Wagmo has built a first of its kind wellness plan that reimburses pet parents for their everyday pet healthcare expenses.

Unlike traditional pet insurance, Wagmo covers things like exam fees, vaccines, even grooming! Customers can visit any provider they like, all they do is submit a picture of their bill and they're reimbursed within 24hrs.

On the back end, Wagmo is building a proprietary database of veterinary pricing data that allows for accurate pricing and loss projections, as well as insights on consumer spending and pet medical trends. As the first centralized repository for pet healthcare data, Wagmo is able to offer pet owners much needed transparency into pricing for veterinary care, while also establishing ourselves as a trusted partner in the journey of pet parenthood.

We run lean, work efficiently, and are constantly covered in dog hair. We value diversity and do everything with a healthy dose of humor and perspective, because you can't reasonably talk about a dog's anal gland with a straight face.
